摘　　要：师范类学生在校期间的试讲成绩是他们在校学习期间的一个重要组成部分,作为师范类学生的指导教师如何客观、公正地对学生的试讲成绩进行评定呢?文章用AHP法给出了对学生试讲成绩评定的综合公式,利用此公式能客观、公正地对学生的试讲成绩进行一个评定。It is necessary to practice teaching demonstration for students in normal universities,and the teaching demonstration is an important part during their learning in school. As the mentor teachers for students in normal universities,how to objectively and fairly evaluate the teaching demonstration of students ？ The AHP method offers the teaching formula for comprehensive evaluation of student＇s achievement of teaching demonstration in this paper,and by using this formula the student＇s achievement can be objectively and impartially evaluated in final.
