摘 要:随着国家和社会对高校大学生素质训练要求的提高,各高校也开始逐渐注重对学生品质和耐受力的训练。但是,长期以知识传输为主的教学方式,要在短时间内集中培养出可以融入社会的综合职业行为能力和全面素质的教学少之又少,历奇为本辅导充分利用团体心理辅导,使学生在相互交流与体验中成长,引入到高校素质拓展课堂十分必要。文章从历奇为本辅导的概念入手,结合其主要特色和创新点,提出了历奇为本辅导进入高校素质拓展课堂的实践目标。With the improvement of national and social requirements for the quality training of college students,colleges and universities have gradually begun to pay attention to the training of students' quality and tolerance. However,in reality,it is rare that the long term teaching mode based on knowledge transfer can achieve the comprehensive vocational ability,applicability of quick society involvement and comprehensive quality teaching. The adventure-based mentoring makes full use of group counseling,which makes the students achieve the mutual exchanges of communication and grow up within experience. In this case,it is necessary to enter the classroom of quality extension in colleges and universities. Starting with the concept of adventure-based mentoring,combining its main features and innovations,this paper finally puts forward the practical goal of taking adventure-based as the guidance for entering the quality extension classroom in colleges and universities.
