摘 要:AGATHON周边磨床在进行刀片磨削加工时需要利用人力操作进行刀片中心位置的调节,而在该过程中,非确定因素较多,因此不仅每次位置调节时无法精确控制刀片中心移动量,且所用时间具有偶然性,若这一动作完成时间花费过长,则于生产效率不利。为解决这一问题,避免人工调节中不利因素的影响,提出利用PLC控制滚珠丝杠副机构对原有工装进行改进的观点。在设计中,将原调节装置的棱体与棱体基座与滚珠丝杠副的螺母相连接,应用时通过PLC输出瞬时脉冲来控制丝杠轴旋转角度以调节螺母的移动量,进而改变棱体及棱体基座的位置,以使刀片中心偏差量符合生产中的规定。AGATHON peripheral grinding machine depends on human operation to adjust the position of the blade center in the blade grinding, but in the process, because of many uncertain factors, it not only can' t control the blade displacement accurately in each position adjustment, but also the time has a chance, if the time is too long, the production efficiency is unfavorable. In order to solve the problem and avoid the adverse effects of manual adjustment, this paper uses PLC to control the bait screw mechanism to improve the original tooling. In the design, the prism and prism seat of the original regulating device are connected with the nut of the ball screw, it through PLC output instantaneous pulse to control the rotation angle of the screw shaft to regulate the movement of the nut in application, and then change the position of the prism and prism seat so as to make the center deviation of the blade adapt to the production regulation.
