摘  要:针对高含水油井、稠油、低渗透区块、供液不足井的油田原油,采油工艺要求冲程长、或中低冲次,需要一种新型节能抽油机装置,以解决传统游梁式抽油机能耗高、系统运行效率低的问题,提出采用无功换向智能抽油机的技术方案,介绍了智能抽油机的组成、工作原理、特点、现场试验情况以及推广应用情况,并对应用情况作了综合评价分析等。实践证明,该智能抽油机具有系统整体运行效益高、节能效果好、安全可靠性好、易于调速、噪音低、智能化程度高、泵效高、平衡效果好、能有效提高油井生产时率、以及远传控制等优点,它的应用可以有效改善和优化稠油开发区块开发质量,对推进智能化信息化油田建设将会起到重要的促进作用,具有良好的推广应用价值。Aiming at the high water cut wells, heavy oil and low permeability reservoirs, inadequate supply of oil well oil production process requirements, long stroke, or low speed, need a new type of energy-saving pumping unit, in order to solve the traditional beam pumping unit of high energy consumption, low system efficiency problems, put forward the technology scheme of power reversing intelligent oil pumping machine, introduces the composition, working principle, characteristics, intelligent pumping field test and application, and the application of the comprehensive evaluation and analysis etc.. Practice has proved that the intelligent oil pumping machine has the overall operation of the system of high efficiency, good energy-saving effect, good safety and reliability, easy to control, low noise, high intelligence, high pump efficiency, good balance effect, can effectively improve the rate of oil production, and remote control etc., it can effectively improve the application and heavy oil optimization of development block development quality, promote the development of intelligent information technology will promote the oilfield construction, has the good application value.
