氧化还原体系引发剂用于聚合物乳液残余单体消除的研究

摘  要:以聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)乳液为试验对象,采用不同氧化还原引发剂使PVAc乳液进行后聚合反应,从而达到消除或减少聚合物乳液中残余单体含量的目的。研究结果表明:氧化还原引发剂中起决定作用的是氧化剂,并且产生亲油性自由基的引发剂对消除残余单体含量的效果优于产生亲水性自由基的引发剂;改变工艺条件,对残余单体的消除效果会有所改善。With polyvinyl acetate(PVAc) emulsion as test object, the post-polymerization of PVAc emulsion was implemented by different redox initiators, so as to eliminate or reduce the residual monomer content in polymer emulsion. The research results showed that the oxidizing agent in redox initiator has the decisive role, and the removing residual monomer content effect of the initiator which can produce the hydrophobic free radical was better than that which can produce the hydrophilic free radical. The removing residual monomer effect will be improved by changing process conditions.
