夏枯草口服液对乳腺增生患者T细胞亚群及性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察夏枯草口服液对乳腺增生症患者内分泌激素及免疫功能相关指标的影响,探究夏枯草口服液治疗乳腺增生症的作用机制。方法将100例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组服用夏枯草口服液,每次10 mL,每日2次;对照组口服乳癖消片,每次5片,每日3次。2组均治疗2个月经周期后,观察2组临床疗效、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和性激素水平的变化情况。结果治疗组临床痊愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。2组治疗后血清孕酮(P)、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均明显升高(P均<0.05),雌二醇(E2)、促乳素(PRL)水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论夏枯草口服液通过调节患者内分泌激素及免疫功能来改善乳腺增生患者的临床症状,疗效确切,为临床上医治乳腺增生症提供了新的治疗思路。Objective It is to observe the effect of Prunella oral liquid on endocrine hormone and immune function in patients with breast hyperplasia, and to explore its mechanism in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods 100 cases of breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 50 cases. The treatment group was treated with Prunella oral liquid, 10 mL each time, twice a day, and the control group was treated with Rupixiao tablet, 5 tablets each time, thrice each day. After they were treated for 2 menstrual cycles, the therapeutic effects and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and sex hormone levels in peripheral blood were observed. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of serum P, CD3 ^＋ , CD4 ^＋ and CD4 ^＋/CD8 ^＋were significantly increased, and the levels of E2 and PRL were decreased in the two groups （P 〈 0.05） , and the improvements of these indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Prunella oral liquid could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with breast hyperplasia by regulating hormone endocrine and immune function, which provide a new treatment idea for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
