药物干预非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)发病率高、后果严重,已成为成年人失明的首要原因,而药物早期干预能很好地防治DR的发生、发展。目前已经开展药物干预DR的临床研究,但临床疗效不显著,且研究也存在许多不足之处。药物干预受很多因素的影响,目前还未有一种药物能有效防治DR的发生、发展。中医药为复方制剂,在综合治疗DR方面有一定的发展潜力。Diabetic retinopathy（DR） is high incidence and serious consequences, it has become the main cause of blindness in adults, and drug intervention can prevent and control the occurrence and development of DR in early stage. Clinical studies of drug intervention has been carried out, but efficacy was not significant, and there are still many deficien- cies. Drug intervention is affected by many factors, at present, there is no drug can effectively prevent and control the occur- rence and development of DR. Traditional Chinese medicine is a compound preparation, there are some potentials for com- prehensive treatment of DR.
