益肾蠲痹汤联合温针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾蠲痹汤联合温针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将120例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加益肾蠲痹汤治疗,比较2组临床症状、腰椎功能及疼痛、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床症状各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组腰椎功能与疼痛评分均优于治疗前,其中以治疗组改善程度更佳(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量各项评分与对照组相比显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症运用益肾蠲痹汤联合温针灸治疗可有效提升疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Juanbi Tang （ 益肾蠲痹汤 ） combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：One hundred and twenty cases with cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while the treatment group was given Yishen Juanbi Tang based on the treatment for the control group.The two groups were compared on the aspects of scores of clinical symptoms,lumbar function,pain and quality of life before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Lumbar function and pain scores of the two groups are better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .After treatment,the scores of life quality of the treatment group were significantly increased compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Yishen Juanbi Tang combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the efficacy in the treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation.
