低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾瘤的超声造影与增强CT的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾瘤(MCRCNLMP)的超声造影表现与增强CT表现的差异。方法搜集本院手术并经病理证实的21例MCRCNLMP的术前超声造影图像及9例MCRCNLMP术前增强CT图像,观察其图像特点,并根据Bosniak分级标准进行分级。结果 MCRCNLMP的囊内分隔平均厚度在超声造影与增强CT图像上分别为(2.54±0.67)mm与(2.01±0.47)mm,超声造影图像上MRCNLMP病灶内分隔厚度较增强CT图像上厚(P=0.031),且分隔条数较增强CT多(P=0.034),Bosniak分级较增强CT分级高(P=0.009)。结论 MCRCNLMP在超声造影及增强CT上的表现存在差异,超声造影对极细分隔的显示能力更高。Objective To make the comparison of images of MCRCNLMP on CEUS and contrast enhanced CT. Methods The CEUS images of 21 MCRCNLMPs and contrast enhanced CT images of 9 MCRCNLMPs were re- viewed. The image characteristics and Bosniak classification were analyzed. Results The mean thickness of the intra- tumoral septa of MCRCNLMPs on CEUS （2.54±0.67） mm was significantly higher than that on CECT images （2.01 ±0.47） mm （P=0. 031） . And the number of the septa on CEUS was more than that on CECT （P=0. 034）. Fur- thermore, the Bosniak classification of MCRCNLMP on CEUS was higher than that on CECT （P=0. 009）. Conclu- sions There were differences of the features in MCRCNLMP between CEUS and CECT. Regarding to the display of these hairline septa in MCRCNLMPs, CEUS was prior to CECT.
