摘  要:目的探讨经阴道三维超声自由解剖成像(Omniview)技术对宫内节育器异位的诊断价值。方法对53例经手术证实为宫内节育器异位患者,术前行二维超声和三维超声Omniview检查,并对其检查结果进行比较。结果在53例宫内节育器异位患者中,经阴道三维超声Omniview成像诊断准确率为100%(53/53),二维超声诊断准确率为85%(45/53),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道三维超声Omniview技术检查能够获得宫内节育器异位更全面的信息,弥补了传统三维超声只能从3个正交平面来诊断的不足,故诊断正确率明显优于二维超声。Objective To examine the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimensional Omniview sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic intrauterine device (IUD) malformation. Methods The results of two-dimensional ultrasound (2D US) and three-dimensional (3D) Onmiview sonography were analyzed in 53 patients with topic intrauterine device who were confirmed by surgery. The accuracy rate was compared between the two methods, Results In 53 patients with ectopic intrauterine device, the accuracy rate of transvaginal 3D Omniview sonography was 100% (53/53), higher than thai of 2D US (85% .45/53). There was significant differences between the two diagnostic accuracy (P〈0.05). Conclusions Transvaginal 3D Omniview technology can obtain more comprehensive information on euopic IVD, and makes up for diagnosing from 3 orthogonal planes of traditional 3[) ultrasounography, so the diagnosis accuracy rate is superior to 2D ultrasound.
