摘　　要：村庄合并后形成的新型农村社区,在职能定位、机构设置、管理运行等方面,都出现了行政化导向不断增强的趋势,若不及时矫正,将会对乡村治理产生多重影响。为此,应进一步完善法律法规,改变压力型体制,实现新型农村社区自治组织的良性协调运转。The new rural community, created by viUage-merging, shows a raising trend of administrative orientation in many aspects, such as function positioning, organization structuring, management and operation, and so on. If the administrative orientation can＇ t be corrected in time, it will exert multiple influences on rural governance.Accordingly, government should further improve laws and regulations and change the pressure-model-system for realizing the healthy and coordinated operation of the new rural community self-governing organization.
