摘  要:公共政策传播是政府运作中的重要内容,对政府政策目标的实现具有决定性影响。互联网时代公共政策传播的发展,主要彰显为政策传播途径扩展、政策传播效果优化的演化态势,但在传播过程中仍存在诸如内容"形式主义"、过程监管乏力、政策反馈阻滞、联动传播能力欠缺等难题。基于互联网时代背景创新公共政策传播,要以五大发展理念为引领重塑政策传播思维,以人性化为主旨创新政策内容,以多元化为方向创新政策传播方式,并借力"互联网+"创新政策传播技术,形成政府政策传播的联动机制,打造立体多维的政策传播新格局。Public policy communication is an important factor in the process of government operation, and has a decisive impact on the effectiveness of public policy Communication. In the context of Internet Era, the Communication of public policy faces the trend of route expansion and effect optimization. However, there are still some problems in the process of Communication, such as "Formalism", the lack of regulation for Communication route, the lag behind of policy feedback and so on. In order to promote the innovation of public policy communication in the Internet Era, government should take the following five ideas as the guide to develop further: to innovate policy contents with humanistic theme, to explore diversified policy Communication modes, to innovate policy Communication, and to construct three dimensional and multidimensional public policy Communication pattern.
