摘  要:提出了一种基于集合经验模态分解(EEMD)的心率变异性信号相关性分析方法,研究了本征模函数的相关性,探究了心脏病变与心率变异信号相关性的关系。结果表明:健康人心率信号的本征模函数(IMF)的相关性逐渐增大,而充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的IMF的相关性先减小后增大。IMF相关性变化与心室去极化能力有关,由于CHF患者心室去极化能力减弱,导致IMF2(2层本征模函数)的相关性低于IMF1(1层本征模函数)。因此,IMF2相关性的变化可为心脏功能诊断提供实验基础。A new method of analysis the correlation of heart rate variability signals based on empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) is proposed. The relationship between the intrinsic mode function of patients with congestive heart failure and healthy people is analyzed through the extraction of intrinsic mode functions in HRV signals. This method combines ensemble empirical mode decomposition and the Hurst healthy people increased gradually, then increased. At the same time, correlation of IMF. The ability of index. The results show and the correlation of the the ability of ventricular ventricular depolarization that the correlation of the IMF of IMF of CHF patients decreased and depolarization is related to the the of the patient with CHF is weakened, which leads to the correlation of IMF2 is lower than IMF1. Therefore, the change of IMF correlation can provide experimental basis for the diagnosis of cardiac function.
