摘　　要：目的建立测定肝炎康胶囊中槲皮素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(53∶47),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为360 nm,进样量为5μL。结果槲皮素质量浓度在3.7~236.8μg/m L(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论该方法准确性高、专属性强、重复性好,可用于肝炎康胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of quercetin in Ganyankang Capsules. Methods The Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% H3PO4（ 53 ∶ 47） at flow rate of 1. 0 m L/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm,the injection volume was5 μL. Results The linear range of quercetin was 3. 7-236. 8 μg/m L（ r = 0. 999 9） with an average recovery of 99. 79%, RSD =0. 82%（ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, specific and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of quercetin in Ganyankang Capsules.
