摘  要:目的探讨参附注射液用于感染性休克患者围术期麻醉对心肌的保护作用。方法将医院2015年11月至2016年11月收治的感染性休克患者100例随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组患者围术期给予复方氯化钠治疗,试验组患者给予参附注射液治疗。结果术后,试验组患者心脏指数(CI)、氧输送(DO_2)、全心舒张末期容积(GEDVI)均高于对照组;心肌缺血发作概率低于对照组,平均ST段大于对照组;平均动脉血压与血氧饱和度高于对照组,心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论感染性休克患者围术期麻醉中予参附注射液,可明显降低心肌缺血风险,减少各项血流动力学指标变动,保护患者心肌功能。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shenfu Injection on myocardium in anesthetized patients with infectious shock during perioperative period. Methods Totally 100 patients with infectious shock admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound sodium chloride during the perioperative period,while the experimental group was treated with Shenfu Injection. Results After operation,the CI,DO2,GEDVI in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the rate of myocardial ischemia attack was lower than the control group, the average ST segment was longer than the control group, the mean arterial blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than the control group, and the heart rate was lower than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shenfu Injection is used for anesthetized patients with infectious shock during perioperative period can significantly reduce the risk of myocardial ischemia and reduce the changes of hemodynamic indexes,which can protect the myocardial function of the patients.
