169例重症监护病房用药咨询的帕累托图分析

摘　　要：目的通过分享重症监护病房(ICU)用药咨询的工作经验,为提高临床药师自身素质提供参考。方法汇总某院2016年临床药师对ICU医护人员进行的用药咨询169次,按咨询人员职业、咨询方式、咨询药物类别、咨询内容、答复方式等进行统计分析。结果 169次用药咨询中,医生占91.12%,当面咨询占92.89%,87%的药师答复得到医护人员的采纳。咨询内容包括用法用量(26.63%)、提供药物治疗方案(17.16%)、不良反应(12.43%)、同类药物优劣比较(8.88%)、鼻饲给药(8.88%)等。在12类药物中5类药物构成主要因素。结论开展药物咨询有助于临床药师找到工作的切入点,提高药学服务质量。Objective To provide reference for improving the quality of clinical pharmacists by sharing the experience of medication consultations in intensive care unit（ ICU）. Methods A total of 169 cases of medication consultations proposed by medical and nursing staffs in ICU to clinical pharmacists in 2016 were summarized. Statistics and analysis were conducted according to the consultation profession, the consultation method, the consultation drug category, the consultation content and the reply way. Results Among the 169 cases of medication consultations, doctors accounted for 91. 12%, face-to-face consultation accounted for 92. 89%, and 87. 00% of pharmacists＇ replies were accepted by medical staffs. The contents of consultation included usage and dosage（ 26. 63%）,drug treatment program（ 17. 16%）, adverse reactions（ 12. 43%）, comparison of the merits of the same kind of drugs（ 8. 88%）, nasal feeding（ 8. 88%） and etc. Among the 12 types of drugs, 5 types of drugs constitute the main factor. Conclusion Medication consultation is helpful for clinical pharmacists to find the breakthrough point and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
