摘 要:传统计算机内部结构主要采用焊线对接的方式实现通讯,然而这种通讯方式结构形式安装复杂,无法满足更高速电子信号的高可靠性连接以及在恶劣电磁环境下电子设备仍能稳定工作的要求.因此,提出一种高可靠性快速连接结构设计方案,该方案采用刚柔结合设计,取消了计算机内部原有的焊线连接,结果表明,该快速连接结构工艺合理,实现了机箱的快速装配,装配时间由原来的120 h锐减到6 h以内,有效缩短了机箱的装配时间,排除了导线虚焊的故障点,提高了计算机的可靠性和可维修性.刚柔结合的连接方式,降低了信号之间的相互干扰,提高了产品的电磁兼容性和信号完整性,对整个计算机的性能有很好的提升效果.The traditional computer uses mainly the internal welding wire to realize the communication.But the form of the communication is complicated to install,unable to meet high reliable connection requirements for higher-speed electronic signals. The system cannot maintain a stable working state in the harsh electromagnetic environment. Therefore,a design of high reliable and fast connection structure is proposed in this paper. The rigid and flexible design replaces the original welding wire connection. The result shows that the structure has better manufacturability and rapid assembly ability. Assembly time is reduced from 120 hours to 6 hours. The virtual welding point is eliminated. These aspects improve the reliability and maintainability of the system. The rigid and flexible connection improves the signal integrity. The performance of the whole computer is well improved.
