摘 要:目的:探讨舒适理论在门诊药房工作中的应用效果。方法:选取500例于2016年6-8月间在我院门诊药房取药的患者作为对照组,选取500例于2016年10-12月间在我院门诊药房取药的患者作为观察组,在对照组患者满意度的基础上,观察组运用舒适理论实施药学服务,采用门诊药房患者满意度调查表比较两组患者满意度。结果:对照组总体满意度评分为(4.26±0.48)分,总体满意率为84%,观察组总体满意度评分为(4.71±0.52)分,总体满意率为98%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=8.99,x2=11.97,P<0.01)。结论:运用舒适理论实施门诊药学服务,可提高门诊药房患者满意度。Objective: To explore application effects of comfort theory in outpatient pharmacy. Methods: Five hundred patients who got medicines in our hospital's outpatient pharmacy from June to August 2016 were chosen as control group,while other five hundred patients who got medicines from October to December 2016 were selected as observation group. The observation group was given pharmaceutical services by using the comfort theory,while the control group was used nothing. The satisfactions of the two groups were compared using a questionnaire of satisfaction in outpatient pharmacy service. Results: The scores of the overall satisfaction and the overall satisfaction rates of the control group and the observation group were 4.26±0.48 and 84% as well as 4.71± 0.52 and 98%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( t = 8.99,x2= 11.97,P〈 0.01). Conclusions: Using comfort theory in the outpatient pharmaceutical service can improve the satisfaction of the patients in the outpatient pharmacy.
