摘　　要：灾害现场的救援行动是一项复杂而高危的工作,医疗救援队伍面临时间紧迫、伤情复杂、任务艰巨等多种挑战。笔者分析灾害救援中,医疗救援队伍面临的困难,重点从加强平时救援教育及训练,提高后勤保障及调度管理,完善设备和药品支持,建立应急医学救援信息系统,实施心理干预及灾后防疫等方面探讨提高灾害医疗救援队应急保障能力的方法。On-site rescue operations have the potential to be extremely complicated and high-risk work, during which medical rescue teams are confronted with many challenges, such as rescue missions being very time sensitive, dealing with complex injuries, and having to perform complicated and high-risk tasks. The author analyzed difficulties faced by medical rescue teams during disaster relief operations and discussed methods to improve the emergency support capability of disaster medical rescue teams in terms of strengthening education and training, refining logistic support and deployment management, equipment and medication support, establishing information management system of emergency medical rescue, implementing psychological intervention and post-disaster epidemic prevention.
