摘 要:羊肚菌是具有较高食(药)用价值和市场经济价值的一类食用菌。以不同梯度的5种天然培养料单因素作用于1种羊肚菌,研究不同培养料对羊肚菌(Morchella sp.)菌丝生长情况的影响。采用平板培养法,测量菌落生长长度,以多因素分析法分析不同添加量之间的显著关系,得到菌丝生长的最佳配料和添加量。羊肚菌菌丝均可在各培养基上生长,其中在添加10 g·L^(-1)木屑的培养基上长势最佳,添加100 g·L^(-1)松针的培养基上生长最缓慢,表现出明显的抑制作用。本研究对于优化羊肚菌培养条件,指导实际生产具有重要的意义。MorcheU is a kind of edible fungi with high medicinal and market economy value. The effects of five natural culture materials with different concentrations on mycelial growth of one Morchella strain by single factor were studied. The colony growth length of Morchella was measured by plate culture method. The significant relationship between different addition amounts was analyzed by multi-factor analysis method to obtain the optimum ingredients and amount for the mycelium growth. In this research, the mycelium could grow on each culture medium, and the growth was best on the medium supplemented with 10 g·L^-1 sawdust. The mycelium growth in medium with 100 g·L^-1 pine needles was the slowest, which showed obvious inhibitory effect. The research is of great significance to optimize the culture conditions of Morchella and to guide practical production.
