摘 要:近年来,随着基因编辑技术发展的日趋完善,其在猪、牛、羊等家畜育种上的应用日益增多.为全面了解基因编辑技术在绒山羊育种中的研究进展,总结了锌指核酸酶(ZFNs)、转录激活类效应因子(TALENs)和成簇规律间隔短回文重复序列核酸酶(CRISPR/Cas9)三种基因编辑技术的原理和方法,阐述了其在转基因绒山羊研究中的发展现状和应用前景.In recent years, gene editing techniques has been developed and improved, and its application in pig, cattle, sheep and other livestock breeding is increasing. For a comprehensive understanding of gene editing techniques in cashmere goat breeding research, the principles and methods of the zinc finger nuclease (ZFNs), transcription activation effect factor (TALENs) and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR/Casg) were summarized, their research status and application prospects in transgenic cashmere goat,as well as the existed problems were briefly described.
