己内酯疏水改性聚醚合成聚羧酸减水剂及其性能研究

摘  要:采用己内酯与甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚在辛酸亚锡催化下发生开环反应进行反应性聚醚大单体末端改性,研究了催化剂、体系p H值等条件对开环反应的影响。并采用改性后的聚醚与丙烯酸共聚制得疏水改性的聚羧酸减水剂,研究了己内酯加成个数及分子质量对减水剂分散和分散保持能力的影响,着重探讨了改性聚羧酸减水剂与普通减水剂在引气稳泡能力方面的差异。结果表明,己内酯加成个数对聚羧酸减水剂的分散性能有着重要的影响,加成个数越多,分散性能下降越明显,但同时引气稳泡能力也在提高。当加成3个己内酯时,减水性能稍有下降,但混凝土的状态明显得到改善。This work employed the ring-opening polymerization reaction of ε-eaprolactone for end-modification of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether (MAPEG) in the presence of stannous octoate as catalyst. The influence of reaction conditions such as cata- lyst and pH value on the ring-opening reaction was studied. The terminal-modified MAPEG was then copolymerized with acrylic acid (AA) to produce hydrophobically modified polycarhoxylate-based superlasticizers (PCEs). Effects of the number of caprolactone and molecular weight on the dispersing and dispersion maintenance abilities of PCEs were studied. Particular focus was also placed on the difference between the hydrophobically modified and the ordinary PCEs in their air-entraining and foam stabilization abili- ties. The results showed that the number of added caprolactones played an important role in the dispersing ability of the hy- drophobically modified PCEs. The more the number of added caprolactones,the more obvious the decrease in dispersing ability, but the air entraining and foam stabilization abilities were more enhanced. When 3 caprolactones were added,the water reducing performance decreased only slightly,but the state of the concrete was notably improved.
