摘  要:为探索以物理发泡法制备兼具承重能力和保温功能的碱激发多孔材料,研究了泡沫掺量对碱激发多孔材料工作性能以及干密度、抗压强度和导热系数等关键性能的影响。结果表明:通过控制泡沫掺量制备的多孔碱激发材料干密度为628~1409 kg/m^3,抗压强度为2.18~22.01 MPa,导热系数为0.138~0.342 W/(m·K)。和物理发泡法制备的传统多孔混凝土相比,该材料强度和保温性能远优于相同干密度传统多孔混凝土,且工作性能优异,可用于自流平保温地面及其它传统泡沫混凝土应用的领域。For developing alkali-activated porous materials with bearing capacity and insulation function by physical foaming method,the effect of foam contents on the working properties,dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of alkali- activated porous materials were investigated. Results show that the dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the porous materials are in the ranges of 628-1409 kg/m3,2.18-22.01 Mpa, 0.138-0.342 W/ (m · K) , respectively. Compared to traditional porous concrete made by physical foaming method,at comparable dry densities,the alkali-activated porous materials give significant higher compressive strength and lower thermal conductivity. Furthermore,the alkali-activated porous pastes show very good fluidity. The resultant alkali-activated porous materials can be used as the new self-leveling thermal,insulation floor materials and other application areas that traditional OPC based foam concrete can be used.
