摘 要:针对目前量大面广且急需抗震加固的老旧砌体结构房屋,设计了4组共12片砌筑砂浆强度等级低于M2.5的低强度砖墙,其中4片未加固砖墙、4片单面水泥砂浆加固和4片单面钢筋网水泥砂浆加固砖墙,通过拟静力试验,研究了水泥砂浆及钢筋网水泥砂浆单面加固对低强度砖墙破坏模式、承载力、变形能力、延性、耗能能力等的影响。结果表明:加固面层可改善原砖墙的脆性破坏模式,提高受剪承载力、变形和耗能能力,减小承载力以及刚度的衰减等;竖向压应力为0.1 MPa的低强度砖墙,采用单面40 mm钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固后,其抗震性能没有明显好于采用单面20 mm水泥砂浆面层加固的砖墙,竖向压应力为0.6 MPa时前者抗震性能明显好于后者;竖向压应力为0.6 MPa的低强度砖墙,采用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固时,即使竖向钢筋不锚入底梁也能达到屈服。Based on the quasi-static test of four unreinforced masonry walls and eight strengthened walls which were reinforced with one-side cement mortar splint, including four ones with pure cement mortar splint and four ones with steel-meshed cement mortar splint ( the masonry mortar' s strength grade is lower than M2. 5 ). The influences of the strengthening with one-side cement mortar splint on failure mode and experimental performance such as strength, deformation capacity, ductility coefficient, energy dissipation capacity of the low strength masonry wall were studied. It is concluded that the low strength masonry walls reinforced with one-side cement mortar splint exhibit better strength, deformation performance, energy dissipation and slower strength and stiffness degradation. The seismic performance of masonry walls reinforced with 20 mm one-side cement mortar splint is nearly the same as those reinforced with 40 mm one-side cement mortar splint when the compressive stress is 0.1 MPa. But when the compressive stress is 0.6 MPa, the latter is obviously better than the former and can avoid the cement mortar splint falling off from the masonry wall. The longitudinal reinforcement of low strength masonry walls reinforced with one-side steel-meshed cement mortar splint can yield even it is not anchored into the bottom beam.
