摘　　要：目的编制1套适用于我国癌症患者的自我管理测评量表,并检验其信效度。方法以Bandura社会认知理论、自我效能理论、自我决策理论为理论基础,以自我管理的三大任务和六大技能为框架,结合对20例癌症患者的访谈结果,构建癌症患者自我管理测评量表的条目池。通过德尔菲法、预调查形成量表暂定版,采用暂定版量表对300例癌症患者进行问卷调查,检验量表的信效度。结果癌症患者自我管理测评量表包括44个条目。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.959,折半信度为0.932,2周重测信度为0.461。探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,其方差累积贡献率为61.090%;总量表的内容效度指数为0.900。结论本研究形成的癌症患者自我管理测评量表具有良好的信效度,适用于我国癌症患者自我管理水平的测评。Objective To develop an instrument for measuring self-management in Chinese cancer patients and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on Bandura＇s social cognitive theory,self-efficacy theory and self-de- termination theory ,with three tasks and six skills of self-management as framework ,combining interview results of 20 cancer patients,item pool of Cancer Patient Self-management Assessment Scale was established. The items were se- lected by Delphi technique and pilot survey,and the provisional version scale was formed. Totally 300 cancer pa- tients were selected for investigation to test the reliability and validity. Results Cancer Patient Self-management Assessment Scale consisted of 44 items. The total scale＇s Cronbach＇s ct coefficient was 0.959,split-half reliability coefficient was 0.932,2-week test-retest reliability was 0.461. Exploratory factor analysis extracted six common fac- tors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.090%;the content validity index（S-CVI） of the total scale was 0.900. Conclusion The developed Cancer Patient Self-management Assessment Scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to measure self-management in Chinese cancer patients.
