摘  要:结合会东大梁矿业东部高品位矿体充填开采技术经济条件,研发出全粒径碎石泵送充填技术并建立了国内第一套全粒径碎石泵送胶结充填系统。介绍了该充填系统工艺流程及工业试验。结果表明,该系统工艺可行、流程畅通,充填能力可达60~80 m3/h,充填料浆灰砂比1∶4~1∶8可调,充填体3d强度达0.80~1.79 MPa,28d强度达1.92~4.70 MPa,系统及工艺各项指标均能满足大梁矿业上向分层进路充填采矿的要求。Combining with the technical and economic mining conditions of high-grade orebody in east of H uidong Daliang Mine,the pumping cemented filling technology with full-grained gravel was developed, and its filling system was built which was thefirst set in domestic. Then, the technological process and the industria test of filling system were introduced. The resultsshowed that the filling system with feasible process and smooth flow could obtain the filling capacity from 60 to 80 m3/h,change the cement-sand ratio of filling slurry from 1 : 4 to 1 - 8, as well as realize the filling strength of 0.80-1.79 MPa inthird day and of 1.92-4.70 MPa in 28th day. The various indexes of this system and process all could meet the requirements ofupward-slicing drift filling mining in Daliang Mine.
