摘 要:对于特大型立井,防止井架基础不均匀沉降对施工安全至关重要。以典型工程实例为背景,对位于矸石回填土、注浆加固地基和整体联合加固3种方案下井架基础产生的不均匀沉降进行了模拟和分析。研究表明:井架直接位于回填土上时,产生的最大沉降量为4.5cm,不均匀沉降现象明显;对回填土进行注浆加固后,井架基础的最大沉降量为2.59cm,相比直接位于回填土上,最大沉降量减少了43%;采用整体联合加固后,井架基础的最大沉降量减小到1.8cm,减少了60%,可以有效的控制基础的不均匀沉降。整体联合加固方案在实际工程的应用效果良好。For oversized shaft, preventing the uneven settlement of derrick foundation is crucial for construction safety. Takingthe typical engineering example as background, the uneven settlements of derrick foundation under three kinds of schemes weresimulated and analyzed, the schemes including gangue backfill, grouting reinforcement and integral reinforcement. The studiesshowed that when the derrick was directly located on the backfill, the maximum settlement was 4.5 cm with obvious unevensettlement phenomenon. After grouting reinforcement for the backfill, the maximum settlement of derrick foundation was 2.59cm, which reduced by 43% compared with that of the backfill. Besides, after integral reinforcement, the maximum settlementof derrick foundation reduced to 1.8 cm, which reduced by 60% compared with that of the backfill, and the uneven settlementof foundation was effectively controlled. Therefore, the integral reinforcement scheme had a good application effect in engineer-ing.
