摘 要:开展锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁受弯试验,研究分析不同锈蚀率下的钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力及其失效模式。研究表明,当试验梁纵筋锈蚀率较低时(ηz≤10%),构件承载性能随锈蚀率增加而不断降低。当纵筋锈蚀率较高时,锈蚀率对构件承载性能的影响具有一定的不确定性,当纵筋锈蚀率ηz>15%时,试验梁极限荷载与结构钢筋初始锈胀裂缝面积之间存在一定的关系;箍筋锈胀产生的垂直裂缝会在加载过程中逐渐发展成为主裂缝,最终导致构件的破坏;随着纵筋锈蚀率的增大,试验梁由适筋破坏逐渐变成类似少筋破坏,部分试验梁发生了脆性破坏。The test of corroded reinforced concrete beams was carried out to research and analyze the flexural bearing capacities and failure modes of reinforced concrete beams with different corrosion rates. Research shows that when the test beam has low longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate( ηz≤10%),the bearing capacity of the beams reduces with the increase of corrosion rate. When the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate is high,the influence of corrosion rate on bearing capacity of beams has certain uncertainty. When the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate ηz 15%,there is a certain relationship between the limit load of test beam and initial corrosion expansion crack area of the structure. The vertical crack caused by stirrup corrosion expansion would gradually become the main crack in the loading process,eventually leading to the destruction of components. With the increase of the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate,test beam gradually changes from appropriate reinforcement damage to rare-reinforced damage,and some test beams face brittle failure.
