摘 要:目的对云南松松塔提取物YN-E、YN-DEF的急性毒性进行评价。方法采用Bliss法测定小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)对其进行急性毒性评价。结果云南松松塔提取物急性毒性的MTD大于14 g·kg^(-1),与对照组比较,未见云南松松塔提取物对小鼠体质量、血常规(WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT)、血液生化指标(ALT、AST、Crea、BUN、DBIL、APK)、脏器指数有生物学意义的影响,但对血清中LDH的活性有影响;观察实质器官无异常病变,组织病理情况表明对小鼠肝脏有轻微影响,对肺、肾及十二指肠无明显影响。结论云南松松塔提取物毒性较小,预期临床应用安全性良好。Objective To evaluate the acute toxicity of Pinecone extracts from Pinus yunnanensis Fr. Methods A pretest was used to judge the possibility of LD50 in the acute toxicity test. The experimental data are calculated LD50 on mice by Bliss method to evaluate the acute toxicity of the Pinecone extracts from Pinus yunnanensis Fr. Results The maximum tolerated dose( MTD) of acute toxicity of Pinecone extracts from Pinus yunnanensis Fr. was higher than 14 g·kg-1. Compared with the control group,Pinecone extracts from Pinus yunnanensis Fr. have no significant biological effects on body weight,blood routine( WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),blood biochemical index( ALT,AST,Crea,BUN,DBIL,APK,LDH),organ index in mice,but there is a significant effect on LDH activity in serum. The parenchymal organs had no abnormal pathological changes and the histopathological changes showed that there was a slight effect on the liver of mice,and had no significant effect on the lung,kidney and duodenum compared with the control group. Conclusion Pinecone extract of Pinus yunnanensis Fr. showed low cytotoxicity and expected clinical application security is good.
