不同姜汁炮制黄连对小鼠止泻作用及胃肠动力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究生、干姜汁和不同姜汁炮制黄连在胃肠动力和止泻作用方面差异。方法采用番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型,测定6h内的腹泻指数,来评价生、干姜汁和不同姜汁制黄连的抗腹泻作用;通过灌服营养性半固体糊的方法,测定生、干姜汁和不同姜汁制黄连对小鼠肠推进率和胃残留率的影响。结果与空白组比较,黄连可极显著的降低番泻叶致小鼠的腹泻指数(P<0.01),并显著抑制肠推进率和胃排空率(P<0.05),姜汁制后仍能显著降低小鼠的腹泻指数(P<0.01);与生黄连组比较,姜制黄连可提高小肠推进率和胃排空率(P<0.05),且生姜黄连作用更强。结论黄连姜制后在保留原有的止泻作用的基础上可以缓和生黄连引起的胃肠动力的副作用,且生姜汁效果较干姜汁好。Objective To compare the differences in the functions of gastrointestinal motility and anti-diarrhea effect by processing rhizome Coptidis Rhizome（ CR） with fresh ginger juice,dry ginger juice and different ginger juice. Methods Using the mice model of diarrhea induced by senna leaf to determine the diarrhea index within 6 hours,which is in order to evaluate the anti-diarrhea effect of Coptidis Rhizome with fresh ginger juice,dry ginger juice and different ginger juice; and by the method of drenching nutrient semi solid paste to determine the influence on mice intestinal propulsion rate and gastric remnant rate by processing Coptidis Rhizome with fresh ginger juice,dry ginger juice and different ginger juice. Results Compared with the normal group,Coptidis Rhizome could significantly reduce the diarrhea index of mice of diarrhea induced by senna（ P〈0. 01） and markly inhibit intestinal propulsion rate and gastric emptying rate（ P〈0. 05）. And processing Coptidis Rhizome with ginger juice could still significantly reduce the diarrhea index of mouse（ P〈0. 01）; Compared with the Coptidis Rhizome group,processing Coptidis Rhizome with ginger juice could improve intestinal propulsion rate and gastric emptying rate（ P〈0. 05） and the effect of processing Coptidis Rhizome with fresh ginger juice is stronger. Conclusion processing Coptidis Rhizome with ginger juice could moderate the side effects of gastrointestinal motility caused by raw Coptidis Rhizome on the basis of retaining the original anti-diarrhea effect and the effect of fresh ginger juice is better than dry ginger juice.
