摘  要:目的研究苏铁叶的生药学特征及筛选其抗肿瘤活性部位。方法采用原植物形态鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别的方法对苏铁叶生药学特征进行鉴定,通过CCK-8法检测苏铁叶二氯甲烷部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位的不同浓度对人肺腺癌细胞A549增殖的影响。结果确定了苏铁叶原植物形态、性状、显微和薄层色谱的主要鉴别特征,发现了苏铁叶二氯甲烷部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位的不同浓度均能不同程度地抑制人肺腺癌细胞A549细胞的增殖。结论苏铁叶的主要鉴别特征可为苏铁叶的生药鉴定、质量标准的制定提供依据,苏铁叶二氯甲烷部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位对人肺腺癌细胞A549具有明显的体外抑制作用,其抑制作用与药物浓度先呈正相关后呈负相关,这为后期对苏铁叶的进一步研究提供理论基础。Objective To study the pharmacognosy identification characteristics and screening of anti-tumor part from Cycas revolute. Methods The original plant morphology,character,microscopic and thin-layer chromatography method of Cyeas revotuta were identified. The effects of dichloromethane extracts,ethyl acetate extracts and n-butanol extracts with different concentrations to act on human lung adenocarcinoma cells A549 by using CCK-8. Results The main distinguishing features of morphology,characters,microscopic and thin-layer chromatography were determined. It was found that different concentrations of dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol could inhibit the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 in different degrees. Conclusion These characteristics can provide a basis for the pharmacognosy identification,quality standard of Cyeas revotuta. The dichloromethane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol from Cyeas revotuta on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells were significantly inhibited in vitro andhave a significant depressant effect on human lung adenocarcinoma cells A549,which relates with its concentration,and this provides a theoretical basis for the further study of Cyeas revotuta.
