摘　　要：手术是目前治疗乳腺癌最直接有效的方式,但是只用西医理论来指导不能发挥出它全部的潜能。依据中医理论,可以将手术看作一种驱邪散结的方药,方药也可看作手术的延伸,而两者又各有特点,相互补充,方药的作用需要较长的过程,而且长期等待会扰乱患者情绪,易动七情,恐生变数。相较之下,手术不仅作用迅速,还能在损伤可控的情况下除尽邪毒,方药可以在乳腺癌中晚期充当一种微小创伤,且同时作用于身体各处的手术方式。合理地搭配手术与方药的使用能大大提高乳腺癌患者的生存时间和生活质量。Surgery is the most direct and effective way to treat breast cancer,but using western medicine theory alone to guide cannot release its full potential. By using traditional Chinese medicine theory,we can see surgery as a medicine to banish evil and remove stasis while Chinese medicine can also be seen as the outspread of surgery. And both have their own characteristics and complement each other,the role of Chinese medicine needs a long process and the long-time-waiting will disturb the patients and then worsen the condition. In contrast,surgery not only work rapidly,but also banish all the evil in case of controlling the damage. Chinese medicine can act as a minimally invasive surgery which can effect on each part of the body at the same time in the middle-late stage of breast cancer. Matching surgery with Chinese medicine reasonably can greatly improve the survival time and quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
