摘　　要：目的在东北天南星治疗肺癌药效组分优选评价的基础上,通过数学统计及体外活性、毒性评价方法,开展东北天南星治疗肺癌有效组分增效减毒配伍优化研究,该研究为天南星药材合理利用及成药性开发提供实验基础。方法采用体外药效评价结合均匀设计法,以体外药效及毒性评价综合指标为依据,开展其活性较强、毒性较弱的最佳组分配伍比例及剂量筛选研究。结果应用均匀设计回归分析得到东北天南星最佳配伍比例为总生物碱∶总黄酮∶总多糖=1∶3.85∶7.71,配伍剂量为总生物碱:0.3622 mg/ml,总黄酮:1.3979 mg/ml,总多糖:2.7927 mg/ml,且其综合指标照各组分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过本实验筛选出东北天南星各组分最佳配伍剂量及比例,为东北天南星中药新药研发及探讨中药增效减毒奠定实验基础。Objective Based on northeast Rhizoma Arisaematis treatment for lung cancer of the optimization evaluation efficacy components,via mathematical statistics and in vitro activity,toxicity evaluation method,in order to carry out the research that the effective constituents in northeast Rhizoma Arisaematis treatment for lung cancer synergistic attenuation compatibility optimization.The study provides the experimental basis for reasonable use of Rhizoma Arisaematis crude medicine and a medicinal development. Methods Adopting of in vitro efficacy evaluation combined with uniform design method,and based on in vitro efficacy and toxicity evaluation of comprehensive indicators detects its strong activity,more toxic part of the best compatibility proportion and dosage screening study. Results Application of uniform design regression analysis acquire the northeast Rhizoma Arisaematis the best compatibility proportion： alkaloids： flavonoids： polysaccharides = 1： 3. 85： 7. 71,compatibility dose of alkaloids： 0. 3622mg/ml,flavonoids： 1. 3979 mg/ml,polysaccharides： 2. 7927 mg/ml,and the comprehensive index had significant difference in different components（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Through this experiment screened out northeast Rhizoma Arisaematis optimal combination dose of each component and proportion,to provide experimental basis for northeast Rhizoma Arisaematis of new drug research and development and exploring the synergistic attenuation of Chinese medicine.
