摘　　要：知识产权管理作为医院科研管理重要组成部分,其工作的好坏直接影响医院的知识产权情况,文章针对知识产权管理不当、知识产权知识缺乏和法律意识淡薄造成的知识产权流失提出改进措施,通过提高管理水平、做好知识产权知识和法律知识宣传工作来提高医护人员知识产权保护意识,提高医院的整体科研水平、保护医院科研成果。The management of intellectual property rights, as an important part of hospital scientific research management, has a direct impact on the intellectual property rights of hospitals. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the intellectual property rights caused by improper management of intellectual property rights, lack of knowledge of intellectual property rights and weak legal consciousness. Through improving the management level, do a good job of intellectual property knowledge and legal knowledge publicity to improve the awareness of intellectual property protection of health care workers, improve the overall level of hospital research to protect the hospital scientific research.
