摘　　要：目的探究快速康复在肺癌患者围术期中的应用价值。方法选取2015年3月—2016年9月在本院进行治疗的60例肺癌患者,随机分为两组,观察组采用快速康复治疗,对照组采用常规围手术期治疗,比较两组患者的临床恢复指标、免疫功能指标。结果观察组治疗后的引流持续时间、卧床时间、抗生素使用时间和住院时间等各项指标数据均短于对照组患者,观察组患者治疗后CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞的免疫功能强于对照组患者,对比差异均具备统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在肺癌患者围术期中进行快速康复治疗可有效改善肺癌患者的临床指标,恢复其免疫功能。Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative period of lung cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： observation group - rapid rehabilitation therapy, control group - routine perioperative treatment, clinical recovery indicators, immune function indicators between of two groups of patients were compared. Results The duration of drainage duration, bedridden time, antibiotic use time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group. The immune function of CD4＋ T cells and CD8＋ T cells in the observation group was stronger than that in the control group patients, P 〈 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation of lung cancer patients in the perioperative period can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients with lung cancer, restore their immune function.
