探讨竹红菌素软膏治疗外阴白斑病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析外阴白斑病使用竹红菌素软膏治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法对2013年4月—2014年5月接收的60例外阴白斑病患者进行研究分析,将患者分成治疗组和观察组,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组共出现2例复发病例,因没有保持良好卫生习惯,观察组有6例复发。治疗组没有不良反应病例,观察组有1例局部疼痛患者,2例局部发热患者。治疗组共有15例治愈,占总数的50.00%,7例显效,占总数的23.33%,6例有效,占总数的20.00%,2例无效,占总数的6.67%,总有效率为93.33%。观察组治愈5例,占16.67%,显效8例,占26.67%;有效10例,占33.33%;无效7例,占23.33%,总有效率为76.67%(P<0.05)。结论外阴白斑病可以选择竹红菌素软膏治疗,临床治疗有效率高。Objective To analyze the effect of bamboo paste ointment in the treatment of leukoplakia of vulva, and to provide reliable evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 60 cases of leukoplakia patients received from April 2013 to May 2014 were studied and analyzed. The patients were divided into treatment group and observation group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There were 2 recurrent cases in the treatment group. There were 6 cases of relapse in the observation group because they did not keep good hygienic habits. There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group. There were 1 case of local pain and 2 cases of local fever in the observation group. The treatment group had 15 cases cured, accounting for 50.00% of the total, 7 cases markedly effective, accounting for 23.33% of the total, 6 cases effective, accounting for 20.00% of the total, 2 cases ineffective, accounting for 6.67% of the total, the total effective rate was 93.33%. The observation group was cured in 5 cases, accounting for 16.67%, markedly effective in 8 cases, accounting for 26.67%; effective in 10 cases, accounting for 33.33%; invalid 7 cases, accounting for 23.33%, the total effective rate was 76.67% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of leukoplakia can be made by bamboo mushroom ointment. The effective rate of clinical treatment is high.
