血浆置换治疗稀有血型新生儿高胆红素血症1例

摘　　要：针对红细胞增多伴有高胆红素血症新生儿的治疗一直是临床棘手的问题,我院采用自体红细胞联合异体血浆进行血浆置换术成功治疗了1例这样的稀有血型早产儿,患儿经治疗后,胆红素降低,各项生命体征平稳,未出现严重不良反应,治疗效果良好,患儿痊愈出院。To treatment polycythemia with hyperbilirubinemia newborn was an intractable problem. We successful treated a rare blood type newborn with polyeythemia and hyperbilirubinemia using the autogenous red cell and allogenic fresh plasma. There was significant decrease in serum bilirubin level after treatment. There was good effective and no obvious adverse reactions were found while treatment. The newborn was cured.
