心房颤动左心耳封堵术的围手术期护理配合

摘　　要：目的总结心房颤动(AF)患者左心耳封堵术(PLAAO)的围手术期护理配合经验。方法回顾性分析18例在我院导管室成功完成PLAAO术的AF患者,分析围手术期护理经验,以及围手术期和术后3个月的并发症情况。结果 18例患者均按上述护理步骤顺利完成手术,围手术期均未出现心包填塞、封堵器脱载、穿刺侧腹股沟渗血、皮下血肿等并发症。术后3个月,15例随访患者均未出现封堵器移位、左心房血栓形成及新发血栓栓塞事件,另3例失访。结论积极、有效的的围手术期护理配合有助于提高AF患者PLAAO的成功率和安全性。Objective To draw a conclusion of perioperative nursing experience of percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion （PLAAO） in patients with atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods A total of 18 patients with AF underwent PLAAO, of which the perioperative nursing experience and complications during perioperative period and the following 3 months were studied. Results Following the nursing steps mentioned above, all 18 patients with AF underwent PLAAO successfully, during the perioperative period, no complication such as pericardial tamponade, occluder detachment, bleeding of the puncture point, subcutaneoushematoma was found. During the follow-up of 3 months, events like oceluder displacement, left atrial thrombosis, thromboembolie cases, was not found neither in 15 cases. Lowe visit of 3 cases. Conclusion An active and effective nursing care plays an important role in improving the success rate and safety of PLAAO in patients with AF.
