摘　　要：目的观察主动脉内球囊反搏的临床护理。方法本次选取我院2016年1月15日—2017年3月12日住院部收治的20例主动脉内球囊反搏患者作为研究对象;给予针对性护理措施,并对其生存质量进行观察和评估。结果干预后的生存质量[角色功能(91.44±6.33)分、躯体功能(90.26±6.25)分、社会功能(88.43±5.45)分、情感功能(90.35±6.30)分]优于干预前数据(P<0.05)。结论采用主动脉内球囊反搏治疗应给予针对性护理措施,从而降低并发症发生率,提高生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical nursing of intra aortic balloon counterpulsation. Methods 20 cases of patients who underwent intra aortic balloon counterpulsation in the inpatient department of our hospital from January 15, 2016 to March 12, 2017 were selected as the research object, they were given targeted nursing measures, and quality of life was observed and evaluated. Results The quality of life after the intervention [role function （91.44±6.33） points, physical function （90.26±6.25） points, social function （88.43±5.45） points, emotional function （90.35±6.30） points] was better than the before intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients who undergoing intra aortic balloon pump should be given targeted nursing measures, which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
