摘 要:以核桃壳粉末颗粒为原料,研究并制备了一种用于选择性激光烧结技术的可持续性、低成本核桃壳/Co-PES复合粉体(WSPC),采用选择性激光烧结技术制备WSPC复合粉体激光成型件,利用扫描电镜(SEM)表征粉体颗粒形貌、成型件断面形貌以及颗粒间结合状况。探讨了核桃壳粉末颗粒与Co-PES粉末颗粒尺度配置对WSPC复合粉体激光成型件密度、力学性能以及表面质量的影响。结果表明,当Co-PES粉末颗粒一定时,WSPC复合粉体激光成型件的表面质量会随着核桃壳粉末颗粒的增大而降低,但密度与力学性能会随着核桃壳粉末颗粒的增大而增加。The walnut shell powder particles were used as raw material.A kind of sustainable and low-cost walnut shell/CoPES composite powder (WSPC) for selective laser sintering was studied and prepared.WSPC laser forming parts were prepared by selective laser sintering technology.The powder particle morphology,forming parts section morphology and particle combination condition were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).This paper discussed that the particle scale distribution of walnut shell powder particles and Co-PES power particles affected the density,mechanical properties and surface quality of WSPC laser forming parts.The results showed that when the Co-PES powder particles were constant,the laser surface quality of WSPC laser forming parts would decrease with the increase of the walnut shell powder particles,however,the density and mechanical strength would increase with the increase of walnut shell powder particles.
