摘 要:通过简单的水解法制备了分散性良好且发近紫外荧光的氯氧化铋单晶纳米薄片,其厚度约为15~20nm.利用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、选择区域电子衍射、热重分析、傅里叶红外光谱表征了氯氧化铋纳米片的形貌;通过紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱研究了材料的光学性质,并讨论了其发光机理.结果表明,氯氧化铋纳米片作为一种新型无毒发光材料,在发光二极管、激光等领域具有潜在应用价值.In this paper,the BLOC1 single-crystalline nanosheets with near-ultraviolet emission had been prepared by hydrolytic method. The nanosheets had good dispersion and had thickness of 15-20 nm. Anal- ysis was performed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission elec- tron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and photolu minescence spectroscopy. The luminance mechanism of nanosheets had also been discussed. The results demonstrated herein that BiOC1, a new non-toxic light-emitting material, may pro- vide a useful enlightenment for light-emitting diodes and laser.
