电针、低频配合肌内效贴在骨间背神经损伤术后康复中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针、低频配合肌内效贴在骨间背神经损伤术后康复中的疗效。方法:将60例骨间背神经损伤术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予电针、低频治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予肌内效贴治疗,于治疗2个月后、4个月后,用Dargan功能评定法评估手指活动功能、用BMRC运动功能量表评定患指伸直肌力。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗2个月后总有效率分别为90%和80%、患指伸指肌力M3级以上占比分别为83.3%和73.4%,治疗4个月后总有效率分别为96.6%和83.3%、患指伸指肌力M3级以上占比分别为93.3%和76.7%,治疗组手功能恢复状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针、低频配合肌内效贴在骨间背神经损伤术后康复中可明显改善手功能。Objective： To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture,low frequency combined with intramuscular paste on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with dorsal interosseous nerve injury.Method： Using a randomized controll study, the collected 60 patients with dorsal interosseous nerve injury were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 30 cases were given electroacupuncture and low frequency, the treatment group of 30 cases were given intramuscular injection on the basis of the control group. After 2 months of treatment and after 4 months of treatment, the function of finger activitywas assessed by Dargan functional assessment and the extensor strength of the patient with the BMRC motor function scale. Result： Treatment group and control group after 2 months of treatment with a total effective rate was 90% and 80% and the incidence of finger extensor muscle strength above M3 accounted for 83.3% and 73.4%; after 4 months of treatment with a total effective rate was 96.6%and 83.3%. and the incidence of finger extensor muscle strength above M3 accounted for 93.3% and 76.7 %;The rcovery of the hand function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： The effect of the internal fixation of the needle and low frequency matching muscle in the treatment of the dorsal interosseous nerve injury.
