摘  要:强碱三元复合驱已经广泛应用于大庆油田,但对于三元驱的结垢问题还没有系统的研究。本文根据电解质溶度积理论及硅酸脱水聚合原理,结合大庆油田强碱三元复合驱现场试验区块采出井采出液离子统计结果,给出了碳酸垢、硅酸垢的结垢机理及结垢条件,分析了碱类型、粘土矿物对采出井结垢严重程度的影响规律。研究结果表明:碳酸盐垢的结垢主要原因是CO_3^(2-)、OH^-等成垢阴离子浓度的增加。碳酸盐结垢条件是,在地下温度、压力等因素一定的条件下,成垢离子浓度乘积大于碳酸盐溶度积。硅酸垢的结垢主要原因是岩石在较高pH值条件下生成硅酸盐。硅酸垢的结垢条件是硅离子浓度、pH值、成垢金属离子浓度三者达到一定临界值。本研究对三元驱采出井结垢预测、工业化应用以及注采井距的合理设计具有重大意义。Strong base ASP flooding has been widely used in Daqing oilfield. However there is no systemic re- searches on the ASP flooding scaling problems. Based on the theory of electrolyte solubility product and dehydra- tion silicate polymerization principle, combined with strong alkali ASP flooding produced liquid ion statistical result in daqing oil field, gives the scaling mechanism and scaling condition of carbonate scale and silicate scale, analyzes the effect of type of alkali, injector producer distance, clay minerals on production well scaling. The results show that anion concentration such as carbonate, hydroxyl concentration increased is the main reason of carbonate scal- ing, the product of anion concentration and kation concentration is the main condition of carbonate scaling. In the condition of high pH the rock generate silicate is the main reason of silicate scaling, Silicon ions concentration, pH, and metal ion concentration reaches a certain threshold is the main condition of silicate scaling. Silicon and alu- minum ions concentration mainly depends on clay content and alkali and rock reaction time. This research has great significance to ASP flooding production well scale prediction, industrialized application and rational design of injector producer distance.
