摘 要:霍尔果斯地质情况复杂,泥岩含量高。在钻井过程中,卡钻、阻卡、井漏事故频繁,为此采用了CQ-XWQG高性能水基钻井液和高密度油基钻井液,并根据漏速的大小,采用合适的LCM堵漏技术。根据霍尔果斯背斜地层的特征及已完成井的资料,确定了CQ-XWQG高性能水基钻井液和高密度油基钻井液的配方,并分别对其流变性、稳定性、抑制性等性能进行了评价,结果表明,两种钻井液的流变性、稳定性、封堵性及抗污染能力均能达到设计要求。霍11井采用了两种钻井液,复杂事故发生率减少,应用LCM堵漏技术,减少了钻井液的漏失量,大大提高了钻井速度。这表明,CQ-XWQG高性能水基钻井液、高密度油基钻井液、LCM堵漏技术的结合,可以解决霍尔果斯背斜钻井过程中存在的卡钻、井漏等复杂事故,提高钻井速度,降低钻井成本。The geological condition of Horgosis complicated and the content of mudstone is high. During drilling, sticking, sticking and well leaking accidents are frequent, so CQ-XWQG high performance water base drilling fluid and high-density oil-based drilling fluid are adopted, and appropriate LCM plugging technology is adopted according to the size of leakage velocity. According to the characteristics of the Horgos anticline and com- pleted wells, CQ-XWQG high performance water-based drilling fluid and high density oil based drilling fluid for- mula was determined, and each of its rheology, stability, inhibition performance was evaluated. The results showed that two kinds of drilling fluid rheology, stability, sealing and anti pollution capacity can meet the design require- ments. Huo 1 ! well has used two kinds of drilling fluid, the complex accident rate decreases, and the application of LCM plugging technology can reduce the loss of drilling fluid and greatly improve the drilling speed. This shows that the combination of CQ-XWQG high performance water-based drilling fluid, high density oil-based drilling fluid, LCM plugging technology, can solve the existing Horgos anticline in the process of drilling drilling, well leak- age accidents, improve drilling speed and reduce drilling cost.
