摘　　要：文章对镇江现有的科技创新平台和镇江中小企业科技创新需求及国内部分省市已建成的科技创新服务平台进行了调研,提出了建设镇江特色的社会化、网络化、专业化、多功能的"一站式"科技创新服务平台。文章重点通过对平台基于云计算的框架设计、基础数据库、功能模块、分类用户设计等阐述,揭示镇江科技创新服务平台各层建设的关系和作用以及实现的功能。In this paper, the existing scientific and technological innovation platform in Zhenjiang and technological innovation needs of small and medium-size enterprises in Zhenjiang and some provinces and cities in China which have completed the technological innovation service platform were investigated. It puts forward a ＂one stop＂scientific and technological innovation service platform for the construction of socialization, networking, specialization and multi-function in Zhenjiang. The article focuses on framework design, basic database, functional modules,classification, user design based on cloud computing. It reveals the relation and function of each layer construction of Zhenjiang science and technology innovation service platform and its function.
