摘  要:以EDTA-2Na、邻苯二甲酸氢钾、渗透剂、增稠剂和水为主要原料,研制出一种弱酸性除锈剂。其pH值在5.0~6.5之间,具有环保、不挥发、温和、易操作、对设备无腐蚀等优点。研究了弱酸性除锈剂各主要成分的作用及最佳的质量分数,考察了弱酸性除锈剂对金属本体的腐蚀速率,并给出了弱酸性除锈剂的制备方法。A weak acid rust remover was developed, which was composed of disodium ethytenediaminetetraacetic acid, potassium hydrogen phthalate, penetrant, thickeners and water. The pH value of the rust remover was 5.0 - 6.5, and it has many advantages such as environmental friendly, involatile, mild, easy operation, no corrosion to equipment, etc. The function and optimal mass fraction of the main components of weak acid rust remover were studied. In addition, the corrosion rate of weak acid rust remover was investigated, and the preparation method of weak acid rust remover was given.
