摘　　要：目的探讨全新数字化管理平台在军队医院"三生"(研究生、进修生、实习生)管理工作中应用的方法和效果。方法作为军队教学医院,沈阳军区总医院"三生"管理工作具有人员构成复杂、培养模式多样、组织管理困难、缺乏有效沟通、管理方法滞后等特点。因此,本研究自主设计研发了"科研训练信息管理系统",对"三生"进行人员分类、日常管理、过程跟踪、考核评价、教学管理、在线学习、规培档案、请假申请管理等。结果本系统可与医院信息系统(HIS)进行有机融合,实现各机构、各部门以及各科室之间的信息共享,并有效降低管理成本,从而实现"三生"的动态高效管理。结论我院自主研发的全新数字化"科研训练信息管理系统"可大幅简化管理人员工作流程,增强工作条理性,提高管理工作效率和工作质量,可有效用于军队医院"三生"管理工作。Objective To investigate the methods and effects of the new digital management platform in the management of ＂three students＂（graduate students,advanced students,intern students） in military hospital.Methods As the military teaching hospital,there were difficulties in the management of＂three students＂in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command,such as the personnel constitute was complex,the cultivation mode was diversified,the organization management was difficult,the communication was lack of efficiency,and the management method was lag.Therefore,the＂Scientific Research Training Information Management System＂was independently designed and developed,to ＂develop＂personnel classification,daily management,process tracking,evaluation,teaching management,online learning,gauge archives culture,and the asks for leave application management,etc.Results This system can be an organic blend with hospital information system（HIS）,implementation agencies,departments,and information sharing among different departments,and effectively reduce the management cost,so as to realize the dynamic and efficient management of＂three students＂.Conclusion The independent research and development of new digital＂Scientific Research Training Information Management System＂can greatly simplify the management workflow,enhance work orderly,improve management efficiency and quality of work,which can be effectively used in the military hospital management of ＂three students＂.
