摘　　要：目的分析2011-2015年新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)肺结核的流行特征,为兵团的结核病防控提供对策。方法应用描述流行病学方法对2011-2015年兵团肺结核疫情资料进行分析。结果 2011-2015年兵团累计报告肺结核病例10 258例,平均发病率为77.30/10万,5年来肺结核报告发病率总体呈下降趋势(χ2=180.186,P<0.001)。兵团14个师及直属单位2011-2015年5年来肺结核累计发病率最高的地区为三师;历年各月均有病例发生,以3-5月报告发病数最多;男性报告发病率和死亡率均高于女性;随着年龄增加,报告发病率总体呈上升趋势(χ2=26 569.415,P<0.001);职业分布主要以离退人员和农民为主。结论兵团肺结核疫情逐年呈下降趋势,离退人员、农民和老年人为重点人群,南疆第三师为重点地区,今后仍应加大防控力度。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps（Corps） from 2011 to 2015,and to provide countermeasures for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in Corps. Methods The data of pulmonary tuberculosis in Corps from 2011 to 2015 was analyzed by the epidemiological method. Results A total of 10 258 tuberculosis cases was reported and the average incidence rate was 77.30/100000 in Corps from 2011 to 2015,The incidence of tuberculosis showed a decreased trend（ χ2= 180.186, P〈0.001） in the recent five years. The cumulative incidence of tuberculosis of regional differences were statistically significant in 14 divisions and units of Corps. The third divisions had the highest incidence. The case of tuberculosis occurred in each month over the years, the highest incidence of reports from March to May. The reported incidence and morbidity of male were higher than female. As the age increased, the incidence of reported was increased（χ2= 26569.415, P〈0.001）. The occupational distribution mainly focused on the retirees and the farmers. Conclusion Tuberculosis epidemic of Corps was declining, retired personnel, farmers and the elderly as the focus of the crowd, the third division of the southern region as the key areas. In the future, we should continue to strengthen the prevention and control efforts, strengthen the laboratory testing ability and steadily push forward the prevention and control project of tuberculosis in the Corps.
