摘  要:目的了解浙江地区2010-2015年临床副溶血弧菌血清型分布及变迁规律,为该菌流行病学调查及疫情暴发早期预警提供基础数据。方法收集浙江省8家医院急性腹泻患者来源的副溶血弧菌,采用玻片凝集法进行血清学分型,分析各年份血清型的构成及变迁情况。结果 2010-2015年共收集副溶血弧菌890株,其中864株(97.1%)发生O血清凝集,分为9个O群;以O3(507株,57.0%)为主,其次为O4(266株,30.0%)和O1(51株,5.7%)。650株(73.0%)发生K血清凝集,分属于23种K型,居首位的为K6(474株,53.3%)。发生凝集的菌株中共有43种O、K血清型组合,其中O3∶K6型是主要流行的血清型,共472株,占53.0%。2010-2015年中除2013年以O4∶KUT型为主,占56.2%(73/130);其他年份均以O3∶K6型为主,所占比例依次为:52.7%、68.5%、60.5%、50.3%和63.7%。连续6年均有出现的血清型有6种,分别为∶O3∶K6、O4∶KUT、O4∶K8、O4∶K68、O1∶K36和O1∶KUT型;且2013-2015年连续3年中血清型O1∶K36、O4∶K8和O4∶K68每年的构成比在0.5%~3.0%之间,与2010-2012年连续3年的3.0%~15.0%相比明显有所下降(P<0.05)。结论浙江地区临床副溶血弧菌血清型分布较为广泛,以O3∶K6型为优势血清型。不同年份间存在一定的变异性。应加强对副溶血弧菌血清型的监测,为新血清型别的流行与暴发提供早期预警。Objective To investigate the distribution and alteration discipline of clinical Vibrio parahaemolyticus serotype in Zhejiang area from 2010 to 2015,in order to obtain the basic data of epidemiological investigation and early warning of epidemic outbreaks caused by V. parahaemolyticus. Methods V. parahaemolyticus was isolated from the patients with acute diarrhea from 8 hospitals in Zhejiang Province, the constitution and alteration of serotyped of each year was analyzed by slide agglutination method. Results A total of 890 strains of V. parahaemolyticus were collected from 2010 to 2015, of which 864strains(97.1%) were O serum agglutination and divided into nine groups, in which O3(507 strains, 57.0%) was the main group, followed by O4(266 strains, 30.0%) and O1(51 strains, 5.7%). 650 strains(73.0%) were K serum agglutination and divided into 23 kinds of K type, the K6(474 strains, 53.3%) ranked first. There were 43 types of the combination of O and K serotype in the strains of agglutination, among which O3:K6(472 strains,53.0%) was the predominant serotype. O4:KUT was the main serotype only in 2013 from 2010 to 2015, accouned for 56.2%(73/130). O3:K6 was the main serotype in the other years except 2013, the proportion of which was 52.7%, 68.5%, 60.5%, 50.3%, and 63.7%,respectively. There were 6serotypes appeared in 6 consecutive years, including O3:K6, O4:KUT, O4:K8, O4:K68, O1:K36 and O1:KUT. The proportions of O1:K36,O4:K8 and O4:K68 were between 0.5% and 3.0%, from 2013 to 2015 which significantly decreased compared with that of between 3.0% and 15.0% from 2010 to 2012. Conclusion Clinical V. parahaemolyticus serotype in Zhejiang area were widely distributed, and O3:K6 type was the predominant serotype. There were some variability in different years. The surveillance of V. parahaemolyticus serotype should be strengthened to provide early warning for the epidemic and outbreak of new serotype.
