摘  要:2014年秋季对北大港湿地水体的浮游植物群落结构进行了初步研究。结果表明在北大港湿地共发现浮游植物57种,其中绿藻门(21种)>硅藻门(17种)>蓝藻门(12种)>裸藻门(4种)>隐藻门(2种)>甲藻门(1种),优势种有微囊藻、念珠藻、席藻和螺旋藻等,螺旋藻优势度最大,为0.499;北大港湿地秋季浮游植物细胞密度介于9.35×10~5 cells/L^14694.35×10~5 cells/L,平均密度为3085.05×10~5 cells/L;北大港湿地秋季浮游植物Shannon多样性指数(H')在0.78~2.57,平均值为0.44,水质属于轻-重污染水平;北大港湿地秋季浮游植物群落可分为河口型群落、流水型群落和静水型群落3大类;各采样点生态环境及水体流速的不同是影响浮游植物群落分布的主要因素。We examined the phytoplankton community structure in the Beidagang wetland in autumn (October) of 2014. A total of 57 phytoplankton species were identified. The main phylum were Chloro- phyta (21 species), Bacillariophyta (17 species) and Cyanophyta (12 species). There were also a few species belonging to Euglenophyta (4 species), Cryptophyta (2 species) and Dinophyta (1 species). The dominant species were Microcystis sp. , Nostoc sP. , Phormidium sp. and Spirulina sp. , among which, Spirulina sp. had the highest dominance (0. 499). Cell abundance ranged from 9. 35 10a to 14694. 35 10s cells/L with an average of 3085.05 10s cells/L in the Beidagang wetland in the October. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from 0.78 to 2. 57 with an average of 0.44 in the October. The biodiversity indicated that surface water of Beidagang wetland belonged to the ecological Light- heavy pollution type. According to the cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling (MDS). The phy- toplankton community was classified into three phytoplankton community groups, i. e. , estuary type community, flow type community, and quiet-water type community. Ecological environment and flow velocity were the main factors affecting the distribution of phytoplankton community at the sampling sites.
